How we protect your information

We only collect information you choose to submit through our contact and quote forms. That typically includes your name, email, phone number, the property address relevant to the project, and details about the work you'd like quoted (service, project type, timeline, budget, and your message).

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell or rent your information.

Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule estimates, and follow up about your project. If you ask to be removed from our records, email innovationhomesolutionsllc@gmail.com and we will delete your submission.

The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are sent over the same encrypted connection.

Contact form submissions are written to a managed database with row-level security enabled. The public can submit the form, but only our backend service role can read, update, or delete the submissions — no anonymous or signed-in user can list other people's messages.

Internal email-queue helper functions are restricted so they can only be executed by our backend service role; they are not callable from the public website.

The contact form enforces length and format limits at the database level — including an email format check and bounded sizes on the message, name, phone, address, and project fields — to prevent abuse and keep submissions clean.
